I can't log into a webinar that's started. What should I do?

1. Make sure you're logged in to advisory.com. You will see your name in the top-right if you are.
2. Find your webinar on our list of upcoming events.
3. Click the "Join" button on your webinar page.

If you missed the webinar

Don’t worry! We record almost all of our webinars and post the recordings and slides to advisory.com within three business days. The recording will be posted to the same page where you originally signed up for the event.

If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we will work with you to get the recording or slides.
