The best healthcare employers for new grads

Forbes on Tuesday released its list of "America's Best Employers for New Grads" for 2023, and 61 healthcare companies made the list.

About the rankings

For the rankings, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey over 28,000 young and early career professionals (those with less than 10 years of work experience) in the United States working for companies that have at least 1,000 employees.

Respondents were then asked to rate their employers in areas like reputation, salary and benefits, education and career advancement opportunities, working hours and atmosphere, quality of work, equity and inclusion, whether good performance is recognized, and whether they'd recommend their employer to friends and family. Respondents were also asked to evaluate other employers in their industry.

Ultimately, Forbes compiled a list of the 300 companies with the highest scores.
