About Natalie

Natalie currently leads the Advisory Board’s research initiatives for health plans, with a focus on the Health Plan Advisory Council—a strategic research membership for health plan executives. In this capacity, Natalie conducts research and develops strategic guidance for leaders at a wide range of health plans across the country. Natalie is a frequent speaker at health plan executive meetings and innovation workshops as well as industry events.

Natalie’s work focuses on the relationships between health plans and their various partners—members, providers, purchasers, and vendors. She has led research on network management, value-based payment, member engagement, consumer experience, and social determinants of health. She also frequently participates in the firm’s cross-industry research initiatives to represent the health plan perspective and keep health plans informed about the strategic priorities of their stakeholders.

Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Natalie worked as a national security network analyst at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and later worked with the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement initiative at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. Natalie graduated from the University of Southern California with Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and International Relations. She also holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
