  • The Getting to Know You Project

    Each year, the Advisory Board Company Talent Development division recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of three Frontline Impact participants who have had extraordinary organizational impact and demonstrated tremendous leadership growth. The winners are selected from a pool of highly impressive frontline staff who are nominated by their organizations to participate.


    In 2011, the “Future of Nursing Leadership Award” was changed to the “Frontline Impact Award” to recognize contributions of frontline staff in all disciplines.

About Frontline Impact

Frontline Impact has provided leadership skills training for more than 7,000 frontline nurses at hospitals and health systems across the United States. In addition to classroom learning, participants identify and complete several practicum projects over the course of their participation in the Center, applying new leadership skills to drive performance improvement.
