Sruti leads cross-industry research teams at Advisory Board. Her teams investigate topics like value-based care and health equity to imagine future pathways, bridge healthcare sectors, and identify practical action steps.

In previous roles at Advisory Board, Sruti led research on imaging strategy, inpatient and emergency department throughput, hospitalist programs, care coordination, and talent development. Sruti has a BA in health science and policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MPH from Yale University. Sruti is passionate about global public health efforts and got to work on malaria reduction strategies with the World Health Organization in rural Cambodia.
