Advisory Board fellows develop their strategic capacity, as well as learn how to execute on that strategy. They will study the structural forces within their health system—financial, operational, clinical, and technological—and learn how to align them to execute against strategy and drive organizational success.

Mobilizing people

Fellows will also discover how to engage the workforce and execute against strategy by studying effective human capital management and exploring approaches to better align with physicians.
