Phoebe serves on Advisory Board's internal partnership team supporting UnitedHealth Group. She oversees the deployment of talent development services and products. And she ensures that teams throughout the enterprise can easily leverage Advisory Board resources to advance the mission of UHG. Throughout her time with the organization, Phoebe has worked with various strategic and large accounts to ensure client success. Prior to joining Advisory Board, Phoebe lived and worked for many years in Germany, where she also completed her MBA.
