About the Meeting
Topics: Physician Issues, Collaboration, Workforce, Collaborative Relationships, Hospital-Physician Alignment
Collaborating with physicians remains a challenge for many health systems. Our research shows that physician collaboration is increasingly centered on talent-related issues: how executives can build credibility with medical staff, what kind of leadership abilities physicians will need, and how to design and align real contributions to change.
On April 16, hospital executives are invited to join us for this special preview where we will offer a window into the principles and methods that our Talent Development services use to make stronger leaders of doctors as well as build a broader culture of collaboration. Learn how our exceptional classroom experience brings to life our curriculum by participating in sections of some of our most popular workshops. You will see firsthand how we stimulate insight and behavior change—the fundamentals of stronger leadership.
