2020 may be the year that health care finally adopted virtual care as a serious component of the service portfolio. But what about our broader ambition to be a more virtually-enabled sector?
Our research team investigated why health care providers continue to struggle to embed digital solutions into everyday workflows and business units. It’s not always a financial problem.
Instead, when we looked for the influenceable factors behind advancing a true digital strategy, we found that exemplars make digital part of every strategy—not a separate strategy. That may sound like a simple turn of phrase but, more often than not, we see health care organizations separate digital planning and strategy into its own separate work stream. What we should be striving for is to adopt a digital mindset for all future plans.
Join us for a webinar where we’ll investigate how organizations:
- Unfence digital strategy
- Make using the solutions we pick easier (not harder)
- Buy solutions that don’t narrow future options
