“Lifecycle analytics” refers to the ability to visualize performance across the totality of the revenue cycle in a single view. Insight into the lifecycle can help leaders and frontline staff understand which actions yield particular outcomes and, as a result, course correct in real-time to protect as much revenue as possible.
