Estimated completion time
  • 30 minutes to 4 hours to gather relevant information about managers to be assessed
  • 20 to 30 minutes to set up Leadership Competency Diagnostic session
  • 10 to 15 minutes for each assessor to complete downward assessment
  • 10 to 15 minutes for each manager to complete self assessment
  • 1 to 2 hours to analyze house-wide and group-specific performance on the Diagnostic
Required inputs
  • The names and email addresses of all managers to be assessed
  • The names and email addresses of all assessors

Optional inputs: Information for custom data cuts (e.g. department or tenure)

Tool outputs
  • Interactive results enabling analysis of performance by cohorts of managers, as well as by individual managers and competencies
  • Manager self assessment
  • Customized report identifying strengths and development opportunities for each assessed manager
