Report | Ken Kleinberg | October 07, 2013
Use of social networking and social media in health care among providers, patients, and other stakeholders is on the rise. However, the effectiveness of such channels and how strategically they are used vary greatly.
In this report, we look at social networking and social media in health care. We explore where it has the greatest impact, some of the risks and challenges associated, and how you can deal with those obstacles.
