About the Webconference
Customer segmentation is not new, but most suppliers rely on readily available data (e.g. bed size, patient volumes, annual revenues) to divide up the market. As a result, they miss the more qualitative variables that influence customers' priorities, finances, operations, and ultimately their buying decisions. The purpose of this web conference is to help suppliers understand different IDN customer archetypes and thus develop more effective market strategies.
This webconference is one in a series examining IDN customer archetypes and will focus on CV programs specifically. Future sessions will consider oncology providers and IDN pharmacy leadership.
