About the Medicare Payment Innovation Project

Rob LazerowRob Lazerow, Health Care Advisory Board

Welcome to the Medicare Payment Innovation Project, a peer working group for providers who are preparing for, or participating in, Medicare programs that evaluate emerging payment models.

The Project’s principal objectives are to study the details and strategic implications of new payment programs and support organizations navigating the transition to accountable care.

Our research focuses primarily on enhanced pay-for-performance, bundled payments, and shared savings/ACOs. Below, you will find featured research on each of these payment models.

If your organization holds a membership in the Health Care Advisory Board, there is no cost for participating in the Project. The easiest way to stay up to date with the Project’s latest insights and events is to subscribe to our blog, Toward Accountable Payment.

How can we serve you? If you have any questions related to payment innovation, or if there is anything else we can do to assist you or your organization, please do not hesitate to contact me at (202) 266-6626 or lazerowr@advisory.com.
