Tips for making the most of the virtual meeting

1. Managing your audio

Upon joining, your audio will automatically default to the “Mic and Speaker” option. We recommend switching to the “Telephone” option to provide a higher quality sound. To do so, expand the Audio tab located on your GoTo panel and select the “Telephone” option. The required dial-in number and access code will appear below.

2. Make our national meeting a team in-day*

Our National Meeting serves as a leadership team retreat for leaders and administrators. Reserve a room, get food, project our presentations, and block time for team discussion and brainstorming.

*Please note: We encourage each individual who plans to attend to register separately for this session.

3. Get the right people in the room for each presentation

If getting the whole team together for the meeting isn’t an option, check out our agenda (listed above) beforehand and decide who from your team is best suited to sit in on each of our presentations.

Encourage each presentation attendee to keep detailed notes, prepare a summary for the team, and keep note of any follow-up questions to discuss with our team.

4. Ask questions

We welcome you to ask questions or propose ideas throughout the sessions! We will also offer live surveys to encourage you and your team to collaborate and engage with our presenters.
