Timur Hicyilmaz is a practice manager with the Clinical Operations Board. Bringing over 20 years of experience to his position, Timur has worked in a variety of primary research-focused roles aimed at understanding how to effectively change the behaviours of corporations, employees, and consumers across a variety of industries and cultures.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Timur served as head of Consumer Insights at Opower, a software company aimed at changing the way customers interact with their utilities. For much of his career, Timur led quantitative research for a division of the Corporate Executive Board, where he specialsed in using data to understand how best-practice organisations and individual employees differentiate themselves in a variety of settings.
Timur holds a degree from Harvard University and completed his A-levels and GCSEs in the UK.
