Robin serves as programme director of Advisory Board International’s Service Line Advisor, where she oversees research and service offerings designed to assist member organisations in achieving clinical excellence. During her seven years with the Advisory Board Company, Robin has focused on service line strategy and finance, authoring and presenting multiple studies and white papers on topics such as financial sustainability, care coordination, clinical quality, pricing, patient consumerism, and referral capture.
Previously, Robin worked as managing director at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, and as a researcher at the Wall Street Journal and the Cato Institute. She holds an MSc in international political economy from the London School of Economics, where she focused on international trade and development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Texas.
