Srinivas Sridhara, PhD MHS, serves as Managing Director for Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Advisory Board, where he leads IP development to support technology, consulting, and research engagements. Srinivas brings fifteen years of experience in performance measurement, health services research, healthcare planning, and health policy analysis.
He serves on national policy committees, including the National Quality Forum’s Cost and Resource Use Committee, which reviews and endorses measures to be included in MACRA programs (e.g. MIPS, APM’s).
Prior to Advisory Board, Srinivas worked at the Maryland Health Care Commission, where was Maryland's All Payer Claims Database Director and reported on health care costs, quality, utilization, and access; lead price transparency initiatives, program evaluations, and workforce studies; and managed the IRB and data release program. Srinivas previously worked at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH) and Baltimore Mental Health Systems, and he completed his graduate work at JHSPH.
