Experience and background

Rachel is the director of executive strategy research. Her team leads the development of Advisory Board's flagship "state of the industry" presentation, which incorporates the best of Advisory Board teams' latest research to provide insights on the future of healthcare strategy.

Previously, Rachel led research on health equity, behavioral health, workforce diversity and equity, and health system transformation. She holds a BA from Princeton University.
