Paul is a Practice Manager in The Advisory Board Company's Talent Development division, which serves leaders in multiple levels and functions of health care. Specifically, it helps them to improve their management skills and maximize their leadership abilities as they guide executives, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in achieving the gold standard of patient care and service.
Paul has developed curriculum in a range of topic areas, including disruptive behavior, innovation, hospital finance, staff development, knowledge management, and values-based leadership. His current focus is on the delivery of curriculum and services via online and next-generation technologies. He also leads regular training sessions, both internally and externally, based on the Advisory Board’s leadership development research.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Paul worked in non-profit management in ecosystem conservation and sustainable development. He holds degrees in French and English literature from Brown University.
