Francesca is a director within the Crimson Clinical Advantage division of The Advisory Board Company serving as a Dedicated Advisory to member organizations. Francesca has been serving in this capacity since the launch of the Crimson Population Risk Management initiative in 2008. In this role, she provides support to hospital and health system executive teams to help them manage populaitons and succeed under risk-based contracts and emerging payment models. Prior to joining the Crimson team, Francesca worked in the firm's Research and Insights division completing best practice research studies on financial and staffing issues.
Before joining the Advisory Board Company, Francesca served as an economist measuring and forecasting healthcare statistics for a private firm and for the federal government. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
