Eliza is a consultant at Advisory Board where she leads research for the firm’s physician research programs. Across her tenure, Eliza has worked with leaders from independent and hospital-employed physician groups on topics including access expansion, team-based care, practice operations, medical group governance, and value-based care strategy.

Prior to joining Advisory Board, Eliza worked as a researcher with the Rwanda Ministry of Health, where she supported projects focused on depression screening for children. Eliza graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in public policy and foreign affairs.
