Experience & Background

Craig leads Advisory Board’s leadership development division. In this role, he designs leadership development programs for executives, physicians and managers, facilitates leadership development experiences that integrate case studies, simulations, exercises and discussions, interprets leadership assessments, and guides health system executive teams on leadership development strategy. Craig has facilitated 1000+ leadership development experiences on over 40 topics at 200+ institutions in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. He was the primary consultant on Adventist Health’s professional development experience that received a Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in competency and skill development, and he serves on the advisory board for George Washington University School of Business’ program for transformative leadership.

Craig is also a guest columnist for Advisory Board’s Daily Briefing newsletter and has been a guest host for the Radio Advisory podcast (episodes 17, 20, 22, 24 and 26).

Education and Training

Craig graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in music, political science, and educational studies.
