During his 11 years with the Advisory Board Company, Brendan has developed curriculum for the Advisory Board’s full portfolio of Talent Development partnerships. He helps partners design their own unique talent development partnerships and ensures that the curriculum is meeting an exceptional standard of quality. His area of focus has included talent development for physicians as well as emerging executives and frontline nurses.
Prior to the Advisory Board, Brendan worked for the Center for Healthcare Economics, a collaborative venture of the University of Michigan Health System and Ross School of Business, helping the health system build leadership development programs, curriculum, and case studies for its executive clinical and administrative leaders.
Brendan earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and his Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology also from the University of Michigan.
