About Bethany

Bethany Jones is a senior consultant with the Advisory Board’s Health Care IT Advisor and Quality Reporting Roundtable (previously Meaningful Use Navigator) programs. She specializes in electronic health record (EHR) systems, health IT policy, quality reporting programs, and clinical informatics. Prior to joining Advisory Board, Bethany was systems analyst and senior clinical solutions manager for health IT vendors; health IT advisor to academic medical centers, acute care hospitals, and ambulatory practices; clinical liaison for a clinically integrated network, and a direct-care registered nurse.

Bethany received a master’s in organizational communication, bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and philosophy from Murray State University. She is a registered nurse and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
