About Barret

Barret is a senior consultant with the Advisory Board’s HR Advancement Center. In this role, she provides strategic guidance, tools, and implementation support for HR Advancement Center members. Her areas of expertise include frontline staff engagement and building a differentiated organizational culture.

Prior to joining the HR Advancement Center, Barret served as a consultant for Advisory Board International’s business development division based in London. In this role, she worked closely with members across the globe to improve and expand upon Advisory Board International’s product and service offerings. She contributed to launching Advisory Board’s Global Forum for Health Care Innovators, Service Line Advisor, and Global eHealth Executive Council research programs. More recently, she led efforts to expand the HR Advancement Center research program to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Barret holds a master's degree in public health from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
