About Anne

Anne leads the Clinical Best Practice Collaborative, the firm’s global research membership for clinical executives, including chief nursing officers, chief medical officers, and chief operating officers. In this role, Anne supports clinical executives with strategy and operations. Her day-to-day work involves evaluating root causes of health care issues, identifying best practice solutions, and helping members implement these solutions.

Anne has been a researcher with Advisory Board since 2016. In previous roles at the Advisory Board, Anne led research for the Clinical Best Practice Collaborative and Nursing Executive Center. Anne’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, capacity management, clinician engagement, retention, and burnout, and workplace violence.

Prior to joining Advisory Board, Anne worked at a social science research firm and as a social worker in community-based clinics. Anne has a Master’s of Social Work and a Master’s of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis.
