Alicia is a director with Advisory Board Survey Solutions, which provides a comprehensive suite of survey capabilities for health systems interested in assessing and boosting employee and physician engagement. As a director, Alicia oversees the delivery team, providing strategic guidance and helping to advance innovations in member support. She also leads executive-level discussions on workforce issues including engagement, change management, and retention.
Alicia joined Survey Solutions after seven years in Talent Development—the firm’s leadership development program—where she held a number of roles ranging from research to strategy to service delivery. Prior to that she was a researcher at the Partnership for Public Service—a Washington, D.C.-area non-profit focused on good governance and human capital innovations in the federal government.
Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Columbia University where she focused on social policy.
