Aaron is a recognized thought leader in healthcare strategy, who works closely with health plans, health systems, and industry partners to help them understand the market and achieve against their operational, finance, and growth goals. Aaron also helps spearhead research efforts on emerging strategic targets including revenue stream diversification and care delivery redesign.
Prior to joining Advisory Board, Aaron was on the faculty of Harvard University, and taught a variety of courses on health care in the United States. He was also affiliated faculty at Northeastern University, and a Robert Wood Johnson Health and Society Scholar at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health.
Aaron holds a PhD from Harvard University, a MA from the University of California, and a BA from Reed College.
As a national spokesperson for Advisory Board, Aaron works to generate and deliver insights to a wide array of healthcare audiences. In addition to leading presentations and facilitated discussions with individual organizations, he has been invited to speak at national conferences such as APHA and HLTH, while his expert commentary has been featured in media outlets such as Health Affairs.
