How does the request process work?
After submitting a request, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we're working on it. Questions sent through the Member Portal are immediately directed to the expert or team best-suited to respond. They will reach out shortly with the information or solution you need.
What kinds of questions can I submit through the new portal?
All! From “can you help me register my team for an upcoming event?” to “I have a question for your research experts about service lines," our team is equipped to address your Advisory Board questions and we’d be delighted to hear from you.
What is firstname.lastname@example.org?
In addition to the Member Portal, we also have a dedicated inbox: email@example.com. To give you easy access to this service you can also send us an email! We recommend sharing as many details as possible in your message so we can provide quick support.
Please also consider adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your “safe sender” list as responses may come from this email address.
