    Do you have 'Fauci fever?' Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has garnered the national spotlight during the new coronavirus epidemic. Fauci is one of the top infectious disease experts America and has been featured in a number of interviews, including one on "The Daily Show" and one with NBA star Stephen Curry on YouTube. As a result, Fauci has become somewhat of a celebrity, inspiring what Jay Reeves in the Associated Press refers to as "Fauci fever." Fauci's likeness has been turned into a bobblehead, a stuffed toy, and a superhero cape, among other things.
