Can one care standard fit all? How to bridge the system-facility implementation gap

    As health systems continue to grow, scaling care standards across individual hospitals is becoming increasingly important (and challenging).

    Despite increased investments in infrastructure to promote care variation reduction, many systems are still struggling to ensure that agreed-upon care standards are consistently used in practice—often because care standards designed at the system level don't account for facility-specific workflows.  So, how do you bridge the gap?
