The Crimson Continuum of Care Physician Partnership Awards recognize cohort members that have achieved significant organizational performance gains through productive collaboration with physicians.

The awards highlight the exceptional efforts of our members to enhance health care through innovative performance improvement programs that leverage the Crimson Continuum of Care platform.

In addition to recognition at our Annual Performance Summit, award winners receive a $5,000 contribution to the philanthropic organization of their choice.

2011 Award Winners

  Western Connecticut Health Network’s Danbury Hospital, based in Danbury, Ct., improved outcomes and achieved $2.9 million in savings through its DRG (diagnosis-related group) Cost Efficiency Project, which targeted eight high-volume DRGs.
