About Crimson Care Registry
Crimson Care Registry—part of the Crimson Clinical Advantage suite of offerings—provides population management analytics and patient registry software for the ambulatory environment. Our solution is based on technology developed by physicians at the University of Michigan Health System’s Department of Family Medicine.
Hundreds of practices—ranging from solo practitioners to federally qualified health clinics and health system physician hospital organizations—use Crimson Care Registry at the point of care to ensure patients are up-to-date on their prevention, screening, and chronic disease management needs.
Crimson Care Registry also serves as a reporting tool to support participation in medical home models and pay-for-performance programs.
Our Technology
We provide a dynamic registry solution for population health management, including:
- A sophisticated rules engine with multi-sourced care guidelines, customizable down to the practice level
- Flexible, point-of-care prompts that fit into existing practice workflows—EMR- or paper-based—while maximizing use of mid-level providers
- Outreach tools (call lists, letters, etc.) to drive patients to services due
- An actionable reporting tool to support medical home efforts, pay-for-performance programs, ACO at-risk and preventive care quality measures, and submission to CMS’s Physician Quality Reporting System
- Patient summaries for collaborative patient education
- A care management module for monitoring patients to specific self-management goals
