Application intensives
To reinforce classroom learning and ensure concrete impact, faculty-led Application Intensives may be added to complement any curriculum structure. Designed to occur shortly after curriculum workshops, these half-day intensives provide in-depth support for participants to use new tools and skills to tackle specific problems and initiatives.
Project assignments
Assigning participants formal projects to complete between workshops increases the impact and return on development efforts. In addition to providing guidance on project assignments, we also offer a formal, structured Project Practicum experience, including dedicated workshops and project support, to advance your strategic priorities.

Assessment and evaluation tools
We collect participant workshop evaluations and conduct quality assurance phone calls to ensure that the partnership is on track and meeting your objectives. Further assessment efforts are tailored to your objectives. For example, if we assigned project work or application exercises, we help you collect and measure the impact of those activities.
We also offer a Leadership Diagnostic Survey to assess the cumulative impact of the partnership. Participants report on leadership growth, impact of application activities on performance metrics, and overall value of the experience. Participants’ supervisors may also provide a downward assessment of growth and impact.
