In spring of 2012, our Talent Development partnerships will launch a new Fellowship program for current and future health care leaders.
Successful organizations need leaders who understand how the forces that shape our industry – from demographics, to economics, to policy – will impact health care delivery in the years to come. The Advisory Board Fellowship will bring hospital leaders from across the nation to better understand these forces and to develop the crucial skills necessary to lead their organizations.
During our Fellowship previews, Program Manager Pete Talbot will lead a discussion on:
- How major shifts in demographics, economics, and technology are transforming health care delivery, and the skills leaders need to be successful in this new environment;
- Why the need for leadership is even greater in this uncertain environment and why current efforts to prepare senior leaders often fall short; and
- How the Advisory Board Fellowship can equip leaders with the perspective and skills necessary to take your organizations into the future.
Participants will have an opportunity to speak with our Fellowship research team and also to evaluate and comment on proposed program services.
