Be proactive: Anticipate resistance to change

Frontline managers seem to be nearing a breaking point with regard to change—nearly 60% report that their organizations are at, approaching, or beyond the point of change saturation. Given their minimal capacity to absorb additional change, frontline managers desperately need better support structures to equip them with the skills necessary to manage the myriad of transformations currently facing the health care industry.
