I don’t know how many of you heard this story today, but many of us in Talent Development at the Advisory Board are frequent fliers, and airline stories always get our attention. The Washington Post’s On Leadership blog takes a look at the response of JetBlue’s leadership to the apparent psychotic outburst of one of their pilots.
