Last post on this topic, but we’ve been talking a lot about the connection between leadership and culture after Greg Smith released his scathing critique of Goldman Sachs’ culture. His resignation has become an internet meme, with people drafting fictional resignation letters parodying Smith’s letter. For a good laugh, check out this letter from Darth Vader.

An interesting counterpoint to the Greg Smith resignation letter yesterday: Mathew Iglesias, a writer for Slate suggests in his blog, Moneybox, that the changes in Goldman Sachs’ culture were a natural result of a shift in Goldman Sachs‘ business model.
