This spring, our Talent Development partnerships are launching a new Fellowship program for current and future health care leaders from across the country.
Successful organizations need leaders who understand how the forces that shape our industry – from demographics and technology to economics and policy – will impact health care delivery in the years to come. Participants in the Advisory Board Fellowship will develop the crucial skills necessary to successfully guide their organizations through the uncertain years ahead.
During our Fellowship preview, Program Manager Pete Talbot will discuss:
- How broader external forces will impact health care leadership in the near future;
- Why current efforts to prepare the next generation of leaders often fall short; and
- How Advisory Board Fellows will use Washington, DC as a learning lab to gain the perspective and skills necessary to lead their organizations into the future.
Call participants will have an opportunity to speak with our Fellowship research team and also to evaluate and comment on our proposed program services and curriculum.
