The Fellowship is designed to accelerate the development of your top senior leaders so they can effectively advance your organization's mission-critical initiatives.

The Fellowship Experience

Participants in our advanced leadership development program undergo an 18-month, comprehensive learning journey that includes:

  • Six educational intensives in Washington, D.C. with a cohort of emerging health care leaders from around the country
  • Interim online work to strengthen the network of fellows and reinforce learning throughout the 18-month leadership experience
  • Discussions with leading experts from within and outside of health care
  • Completion of a Practicum Initiative designed to achieve measurable impact and prepare fellows to advance to the next level of the organization
