A hospital member recently asked us about the merits of offering group physical therapy versus a one-on-one approach after joint replacement.

We see several market benefits to the group approach, particularly differentiation from other programs and resulting word-of-mouth buzz. Group physical therapy has also become increasingly attractive to hospitals as a way to contain costs and improve the overall patient experience without compromising clinical outcomes.
