Modeled after the Center’s 2004 publication The Nursing Strategy Toolkit—which was designed to support the nursing department’s strategic planning process—our latest Nursing Executive Center publication brings a similar framework to bear on unit-level problem solving, and is intended for unit and department leaders who have pinpointed a specific issue that they wish to address.
