On the heels of our first national member meeting, the Medical Group Strategy Council is excited to share a popular session focused on sharpening medical group strategy in the transition to value-based payment. This presentation draws on case studies from organizations across the country to examine the following four imperatives:
- Grow deliberately and strategically: Place a premium on the medical groups' ability to attract and retain quality physician talent while avoiding the perils of reactive growth.
