About the Webconference

Oncology has been largely overlooked in the national discussion of accountable care, due in part to the fact that few oncology services are “avoidable.” That said, given the skyrocketing cost of cancer care, cancer will not remain out of the spotlight for long. Cancer programs are seeking to get ahead of the curve and identify opportunities to transform care delivery to delivery high quality, low cost care.

This presentation outlines early efforts to instill greater accountability in the delivery of cancer care and provides a framework for evaluating opportunities to drive value in cancer care.
