CMS released the notice of proposed rule making (NPRM) on Stage 2 of meaningful use on Feb. 23, 2012.

How to use this document
1. Open the bookmark version with Adobe Reader.
2. Click the blue ribbon symbol on the top left of the page to open the bookmarks pane.
