Each year, the Center collects data from participating member hospitals to calculate national benchmarks for turnover, vacancy, and premium labor metrics. In January, we will request for members’ data as part of our 2011 benchmarking initiative. Participants who submit data will receive a customized benchmarking report comparing their performance to the overall cohort.
