For Prospective Members: Hardwiring accountability at the frontline
2012 National Meeting Highlights
Topics: Employee Recognition, Employee Engagement, Workforce, Performance Management, Collaboration, Skill Development
As providers are held more and more accountable for institutional performance, there is a troubling disconnect between expectations for the organization and frontline staff. The majority of staff have no real stake in organizational performance and are instead held to standards based on compliance and task completion.
Bridging this disconnect and creating greater individual accountability at the frontline is critical to improving organizational performance. This complimentary webconference which is part of our national meeting series, will highlight best practices for using structural levers such as performance management and incentives to drive frontline accountability.
Participants will learn how to:
- Apply structural levers for instilling accountability at the frontline
- Formalize staff responsibility for goals in performance management
- Implement meaningful consequences to goal achievement
