About the Webconference

In early 2011, the Council conducted a survey of revenue cycle operations focused on developing benchmarks for all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, the mid-cycle, and the business office. Areas of focus include recent gains in AR performance, denials management, bad debt, and cost to collect.

An update to earlier revenue cycle surveys from 2006 and 2008, this survey is the foundation for the industry’s most comprehensive set of hospital and health system revenue cycle benchmarks. We present insights from the analysis of that data, which was published and distributed to members in June.
