Each year, we have the honor of interviewing many of you to learn “what keeps you up at night” regarding your hospital’s future. This year we heard many important areas of concern, but the fundamental theme was clear—preparing for success in a value-based era. At the 2012 Clinical Advisory Board national meeting, we’ll address this need by specifically focusing our research on two of your most pressing challenges:
1) transforming the ED to maximize efficiency and care coordination
2) developing an agile-quality driven enterprise.
